Biscuits Factory  

project focused on the complete installation and commissioning of an automated baked biscuits production line. Our scope of work included configuring and implementing quality control systems, maintenance procedures, and productivity monitoring frameworks to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.

Additionally, structured inventory management systems were developed to optimize material flow and stock control, alongside preventive and corrective maintenance systems designed to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. The project delivered a fully integrated, reliable, and efficient production operation aligned with industry best practices.

 Juice processing Factory 

Project Description :End-to-end project management for the design, installation, and commissioning of a preservative-free canned juice production line with real fruit pieces and a validated one-year shelf life. The scope covered project initiation, detailed engineering design, RFQ preparation, technical and commercial evaluations, contracting, installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing.The project involved designing and specifying critical utilities and process systems—including power, steam, cooling, filling, pasteurization, juice processing, clean room (ISO Class 8), cold storage, and packaging modifications—with strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards. Preventive and predictive maintenance programs, quality systems, staff training, and full documentation for audits and regulatory compliance were successfully implemented.

Pepsi Bottlers 

End-to-end EPCM cycle (initiation, tendering, installation, commissioning) :

  • 90,000 CPH high-speed canning line

  • CO2 plant project including gas production, purification, liquefaction, compression and storage, managing process safety risks.

  • Ammonia refrigeration project with hazardous chemical controls and regulatory compliance

  •  Supporting infrastructure workstreams (power, steam, mechanical systems) and new CO2 plant building and GMP design and civil works

Coca Cola bottlers Two major projects 

First Project Site: Installation and commissioning of state of the art , high speed 54,000 Bottle/Hour PET line at green field site , including Syrup processing systems

Second Project Site:  integration of high speed packaging Equipment and design and tendering for water monbloack PET line including layout and specifications.
